Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), under the Kanachur Islamic Education Trust, and the St. Aloysius Institute of Management and Information Technology (AIMIT) of St Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Kotekar, Beeri, have formalized a significant partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday, March 17.
Through this strategic MoU, both the institutions aim to create an enriching environment that encourages interdisciplinary collaboration designed to foster collaboration in the fields of education, research, and innovation.
AIMIT was represented by Dr (Fr.) Kiran Cotha - Director and Dr Ruban - Associate Professor and HOD, Post Graduate Department of Software Technology. KIMS was represented by Dr Shahnawaz Manipady - Dean and Dr Rohan Monis - Chief Administrative Officer.
Going forward the students and faculty members from KIMS and AIMIT will have the opportunity to engage in joint research initiatives, leveraging their respective strengths in medical sciences and information technology. This partnership is particularly focused on developing cutting-edge, AI-driven healthcare solutions that address real-world challenges in the medical field.
