Student Outreach Program, a wellness initiative that introduces the fundamentals of Ayurveda to students, likely in schools, colleges, or universities. This type of program can be incredibly valuable for promoting holistic health, stress management, and preventive wellness among students. To introduce students to the ancient science of Ayurveda, helping them understand their unique body-mind constitution (doshas), daily wellness practices, and simple self-care tools for managing stress, improving energy, and enhancing academic performance. Second PUC students participated in event we have conducted competitions like Poster Making and Elocution.
